3.1 Product Descriptions

CU CABLE offers premium copper electrical cables from China's most trusted manufacturers, including Guangdong Cable, Jinhuanyu Cable, Jinlongyu Group, Minxing Cable, and Zhujiang Wire & Cable.

All products listed on our website are:

• 100% pure copper conductor — no CCA (Copper-Clad Aluminum), no alloys

• GB-standard compliant — manufactured to Chinese National Standards

• Flame-retardant — fire-safe insulation with low-smoke options available

• Full meterage and full weight — every reel is 100 meters guaranteed

• Certified — 3C, CE, UL, VDE, BASEC, RoHS, and REACH compliant where applicable

5. Orders and Acceptance

5.1 Order Placement

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. All orders are subject to our acceptance.

5.2 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we confirm shipment of your order.

5.3 Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the order may have entered processing and cannot be canceled.

For custom or special orders, cancellations are not accepted once manufacturing has begun.

5.4 Right to Refuse Orders

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product availability issues

• Errors in product or pricing information

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

• Shipping restrictions to certain destinations

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide to customers across North America, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, and Asia. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for a shipping quote.

6.2 Processing Time

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Large orders or custom-cut reels may require additional handling time.

6.3 Shipping Methods

Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed unless expedited service is specifically arranged.

6.4 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. For bulk orders or freight shipments, we provide custom quotes.

6.5 Title and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing. CU CABLE is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments once they are in the carrier's possession.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns on standard, in-stock items in their original, unused condition within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

• Unused and uninstalled — cable must be in its original, uncut condition

• Uncut and undamaged — full, unopened reels only

• Original packaging — returned on the original reel with labels intact

• Proof of purchase — order number or invoice provided

Partial reels, cut cable, or used material are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

7.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Cut-to-length cable

• Used or installed cable

• Partial reels

• Custom or special orders

• Clearance or sale items

• Items without original packaging or proof of purchase

7.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@cu-cable.com

2. Provide your order number, the item(s), and the reason for return

3. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA/RMA) number

4. Ship the item to the address provided in your RA confirmation

Returns shipped without an RA number will be refused.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

A 3% bank processing fee will be deducted from all unused returns.

8. Warranty

All CU CABLE products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

8.2 What the Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

• Conductor defects (e.g., resistance out of specification)

• Insulation defects (e.g., cracking, peeling)

8.3 What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

• Damage from improper installation or misuse

• Damage from overloading or exceeding rated capacity

• Physical damage from abuse, accidents, or negligence

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage from exposure to extreme conditions

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

8.4 Warranty Claims

To file a warranty claim, contact us at info@cu-cable.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video demonstrating the defect. Upon inspection and approval, we will replace the defective item at no cost or issue a refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the CU CABLE website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of CU CABLE or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

CU CABLE shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, shortages of transportation or raw materials, or failure of suppliers to deliver.

17.2 Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of China Arbitration Body, with proceedings conducted in Chinese.
